Mice fed on a high fat diet supplemented with Curcumin-A spice from the turmeric plant
that is an essential ingredient in Indian Curry- have been found to have both reduced body fat and
reduced cholesterol blood levels in a fair scientific experiment. Scientists are excited about the
potential of dietary Curcumin in preventing obesity.
